They clean my salon and my home and it’s always top tier service! They take their time and do an amazing job a detail cleaning! This is the only cleaning company in the city I will work with! Extremely professional!
3-25-24 If you want to throw hundreds of dollar down the drain, hire this company. This has to be the WORST cleaning service I have ever hired. You can see below how the place was left and I was given nothing but excuses as to why it was left that way. I paid $400 for a deep move out clean of a vacant unit. I was offered a $100 refund which I did not accept, but was still sent to me anyways. Beard trimmings were still left in bathroom sink drawers. I was told by the owner, Jessica, that the grout was unclean-able and needed to be regrouted. Yet, I went down 36 hours later with dawn dish soap and a scrub brush and within 5 minutes it looked much better. She never offered to come back and fix it, only wanted to argue with me. I was told that her leaving chemicals on the grout overnight must have loosed it up and that’s why I was able to clean it. I was never told once that chemicals were being left on surfaces overnight. I asked for all the walls to be cleaned and you can clearly see that was not done. There is a booger still on the wall. I was also told that since they had to turn the heat on, that’s why there is debris and gunk all over the floor in the entire place. Plus, there was a closet that wasn’t even touched. Dog food kibbles all over it still. In the pictures there is a side by side of white marble tile. How TCB maids left it and what it looked like after 5 minutes of cleaning with a scrub brush and Dawn dish soap myself. Jessica also told me over the phone she poured bleach on the white marble. Which as a professional cleaner, she should know that bleach oxidizes marble and leaves it yellow and should never be done. Please save your money, and go anywhere else. ***UPDATE*** 4-3-24 After multiple back and forths with Jessica where I asked for a refund or for the work to be fixed, she offered to give me back $100 and said that she would come back and try to fix the glaring omissions from her previous effort. I was willing to let her try again in good faith, however, five minutes before she was supposed to show up she sent me a story about how she was “stuck in traffic” and would be delayed by almost an hour. I told her to come in an hour and she didn’t respond. I had taken off work to meet her at the property to be cleaned and accommodate her schedule to try and give her the chance to make things right. She ultimately never showed up that day. I ended up hiring another company who, for only $50 more than TCB, brought a six person crew and cleaned the space thoroughly. The difference in attention to detail was shocking. No wax or boogers left on the walls, no beard trimmings in the drawers, a clean oven, and clean grout which Jessica told me needed to be replaced, but which came up with a few minutes and some elbow grease. I don’t know if I caught her on a bad day, but the lack of effort on her part was so disappointing. I hired her because of the glowing reviews, but my experience has been awful. A complete waste of time and money. And the lack of accountability and follow through only solidified my opinion. Write off my experience at your peril. There are much better companies to spend your money with.
Jessica is fantastic. Always friendly, easy to work with, and does a great job. We have been working with her for over a year and are always very impressed. Also our dog loves her & she is so great with him & knows how to clean homes with animals in them. She is incredibly reasonably priced for the area as well (I priced out a lot of people before choosing TCB). Would highly recommend!
Jessica has always conducted herself in a professional manner - responsive, amazing work ethic, friendly, and timely. I never had any issues with her and if there are last minute schedule changes, she is understanding and tries to accommodate the change. For the cleaning services, I never had a complaint. It is completed in a timely, efficient, and beautiful manner every time. I highly recommend her services!
