The team over at TDW has won over my business. I have never been to an alignment shop that has gone as above and beyond as they do. They tailored the alignment to my driving style and really got it right! Also, they noticed that the diff cooler line on my car was a little too close to the exhaust, which they just fixed for me for no charge. Must recommend!
I had a unique problem with my 2018 Tesla Model 3. It started smelling bad but the smell still persisted after swapping out the air filters and washing the car. They had a hunch there might be a dead animal inside my car and even though they've never had to deal with something like this before, they still took my car in. They popped the front plastic cover off and discovered a dead raccoon. This wasn't a normal auto repair job but I'm so thankful that Will and his team were willing to investigate. They gave me a very reasonable quote to take a look and remove the raccoon. Once they removed it, they recommended that I pick up the part from a service center since the shipping cost for the part was really high. I was able to set up a second appointment for the under tray replacement in the same week. If you have a Tesla and there's something wrong with your car, I highly recommend bringing it here. Their prices are competitive and their team is very professional. I know that I'm going to bring my car here again if I run into any issues in the future.
Great service at a fair price. Fast, honest, and COMPETENT! I am grateful to have Will serving this community. When you have tire, suspension, alignment and brake service needs! Go to TDW! I can not recommend TDW highly enough. Will knows what he is doing and communicates clearly and effectively!
Will and Mike did a great job on wheel alignment on my Model Y which was pulling into one side. Now my car is going perfectly straight with before/after detailed comparison numbers and Will explained them patiently to answer my questions. When I asked about suspension upgrade, Will gave me professional advices regarding safety, ride quality and budget which are tailored to my need. I will definitely go there next time, highly recommended!
I’ve had them install my big brake kit and now the car stops on a dime. A month later I get CEL and they checked it out ASAP, everything was fine and I was back on the road. Great pricing too!
