I had an IT issue on my laptop, my employer contracts with Technology Solutions. Eric Jordan was assigned to work on my issue and boy did he work on it! He made the appropriate adjustments and also saw other things on my laptop that needed to be adjusted to make my laptop work better. Very friendly and professional. Very happy with my service!
