I can’t begin to describe the stellar level of service I have been provided regarding my ps5 repair. I came knowing I had a hardware issue, knowing I could be in for a long wait for parts to be ordered - nope! They had the hardware replacement in stock and my ps5 was ready within 2 hours of drop off. THANK YOU!
I took my play4 to Chris for repairs and he has been very quick and extremely professional. He replaced the motherboard, showed me that the ps4 was then working and it is now going better then ever. Chris also had awesome communication during the repair telling me what was the problem, how much would have cost and alerting when the repair was finished. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone!!
