Dropped off my MacBook Pro around 11 am, they fixed the battery, and got it back to me by ~5 pm. Incredible transparent pricing and great customer service. They also cleaned up a bunch of dust in my laptop to make it run quieter. Strongly recommend!
Absolutely amazing. Fixed up my entire MacBook (screen, speakers, battery, shell) for only $200 in less than 24 hours. Unbelievable, would recommend going here in a heartbeat.
this place is amazing! I accidentally ripped the battery connector off the motherboard of my laptop while trying to replace the battery and UbreakIfix said it was unrepairable which devastated me, but TechRescue was able to solder the connections back while I was visiting Boston. They were able to order a replacement connector and repair it very quickly so that I could get it back before I left Boston to return home!
My MacBook charger broke and I needed a replacement quickly. I called TechRescue and they were extremely friendly and helpful. They provided a new charger at a very reasonable price and made the process simple and stress-free. Great business and even better people—I highly recommend TechRescue!
This place has been great! We've used them several times to help with various things. But most recently my water bottle opened in my backpack on a plane and when I pulled the laptop out water was literally pouring out of it. They SAVED it and did it in lightning speed. It was my work laptop so I needed it fast. And gave me a great price. I primarily communicated with Curt and he was so responsive and nice (was able to text and they got to work quickly because I needed it for work). I know he had another teammate working on it too who was keeping me informed on his findings as well. They have a shared text number so anyone working on it could message me. So overall its been nothing but a great experience. Also, I know nothing about tech and computers so its intimidating trying to find a place I trust but they have been great. Highly recommend!
