We have been a residential customer for probably 20+ years and the customer service has deteriorated. The field agents have always been courteous and proficient over the years. Calling the national number is a waste of time and calling the local office is a close second waste of time. We typically get a monthly service on the 17th and followed by a mailed paper invoice for the service. It typically arrives about a week later and I typically pay it around the 1st of the month. Just opened a past due notice that was mailed on the 5th approximately 2 weeks after the service in question and a week after the invoice arrived by mail. I paid the bill on the 3rd by electronic check. And it cleared on the 5th according to the banking records. The body of the letter encourages autopay which I was considering until I read the last paragraph. The last paragraph states accounts past due will be automatically forwarded to a collection agency! What an offensive way to conclude a letter for an account that was absolutely current which I verified by calling the Terminix national number. Whoever approved this letter at the management or executive level should be demoted or let go. Why not just solicit autopay. All of my accounts are on autopay if the possibility exists. I will look for a local pest control business that pays attention to customer service and have owners who don't waste money offending their good customers.
Terminix people are very knowledgeable and bring our attention to certain problems that may occur. They are always professional and friendly and do a great job. Very satisfied with their service.
I have had a great experience with Terminex, especially thanks to Angel. His customer service is top-notch, he is always friendly, professional, and takes the time to explain the services he has provided. Everyone he visits, he checks in, communicates clearly, and makes sure all my concerns are addressed. It’s obvious he knows what he is doing and cares about doing the job right. Jose Provided an excellent servicing to exterminate a first time bug issue and established a follow up update for a backup treatment. I only recommend the service as he also answered all our questions regarding the situation. I’m very happy overall with the quality of service and professionalism that was provided.
