Unfortunately, it seems that Marco is no longer there, and with that the willingness to go the extra mile has been lost. The same service that I gave Texan Translation 5 stars for 3 years ago is no longer available, leaving me no choice but to give them one star. How often have you visited a website with a "live chat" option? How often were you chatting with a robot? How often were you chatting with a third party representative who knows enough to keep the job, but not enough to answer your questions? How often do you chat with the OWNER of the company? Well, that happened in my case. Marco spent HALF AN HOUR chatting with me and answering all sorts of questions! It turns out that Marco is a certified English/Spanish translator, but not a English/German one, which is what I needed. I shared the documents I needed translated, and within 24 hours HE found the right person to translate them. Within a couple of days, I received notarized translations in the mail. The cost was more than reasonable, particularly considering that Marco spent half an hour of his personal time chatting with me, spent time finding the right translator, and provided me with a notarized translation. #GRATEFULforMarco&Team!!

If I can give Mr. Marco more than 5 stars, I would have! I took the CLI orientation course and I loved it. It was very helpful, informative, professional, and precise. Once you pay and register, you will have immediate access to all materials - no time is wasted. Once you passed the quizzes and completed the course, you certification of completion will be available immediately. The instructor is down to earth and very helpful. Plus, the price of the course for the CLI is $60 which is very reasonable. I hope we have more people like him in our world. I recommend taking all his coureses without hesitation.
