Hi , every one wat can I say only come here , the place is clean and the girls are outstanding friendly helpful experienced and very happy , they no wat their doing and spots to hit . The decor is a thousand percent threw out the building and I just want to finish by saying thankyou Nan for experience at your shop 🫡

Thought would be nice to treat my self on a Sunday afternoon for massage so I booked 2 hours deep tissue massage. during the massage I asked the therapist her name is Anna to make a bit harder but she used her elbo with fall power which is very painful. I told her please do not to use the elbo coz it’s too painful then she said she need to use her elbo coz it’s 2 hours you no until I can’t stand it anymore. So I told her can I just do 90 minutes instead of 2 hours, she said ok then she left me in the massage room and sent someone else to massage my head. I said how about my arms they’re not done yet, but the woman said she only do the head so instead of 90 minutes I got 80 minutes massage unfinished. What a bad experience.
I am not the type to leave reviews but am utterly disappointed and disgusted at the way I was treated.Every Month been Going here for the Best Massages and will not fault any Massage as Its a 5 star..However Im giving 2 star for the Horrible treatment I received yesterday. Since I know they have walk in services after failing to book online,I went in to ask if they have available slots for the afternoon.First of all the lady who received me was not pleasant, no smile no welcome ,After asking her if there are available slots she says no slots all day ,try coming back at 7pm,This was around 2 pm.I go out and decide to another branch 353 lisburn road...Surprisingly having been told there are no slots for afternoon online ,every hour had 4 slots meaning between the time I went to the shop and time she said I should come back, there were 24 time slots available.I booked for Saturday at 14:45.Drove to Lisburn road only to discover the place I had just left and been told there are no slots is the Sister company and was to drive back to the very place where they said they have no slots..Same woman who said there are no slots whole day less than an hour ago received me.(very awkward moment it felt as if she didn't want me there)I asked why she said there are no slots for the day ,she raised her voice at me stating people cancelled after I left that's why there are available time slots!!!So in the 5mins I had left people cancelled and 24 time slots became available 🙌🙌🙌.To be Frank I wasn't happy with this..wasn't happy with the fact that this woman who clearly did not want me there had to be the one to give me a massage..And when it was time for massage ,she doesn't even give me instructions on what to do ,says you have been here before,so you know what to do and walks out.I did the massage but deep down was quite upset with such treatment, cannot fault the massage in anyway but I believe customer service is everything, a smile goes a long way,feeling welcomed goes a long way.what upset me the most is walk in clients came during the time I was massaged as you can hear everything discussed outside, they were given slots immediately but for me when I walked in was told to come back 7pm ..but got a slot online Why should I be treated differently from other clients..Im a paying client who deserves to be treated well like every one else and feel welcomed. Im referring to her as That woman as she didn't even have the decency of introducing herself .I Loved coming to this place so much but that's the last time .cant be paying £65 to be treated like trash!!!!!.Would rather go elsewhere where they see me as a person and respect me as a person and not treat me like im less compared to other people.
I’m not one to write reviews, but I went here about two weeks ago and it was the worst massage I’ve ever had. The girls were really lovely but honestly they have no clue what they’re doing. It’s definitely not a Thai massage or any kind of massage technique. Ever since I went I’ve had a numb pain from my hip right into my foot. She was also digging into my bones which is just something that doesn’t happen in a massage. On top of that, during the massage the girl was busy taking Multiple phone calls. The music was a repeating jazz track over and over and over. Not relaxing at all and very unprofessional. The massage is meant to last 40mins but she only massaged me for less that 30. Do not recommend in the slightest. I’ve never been more shocked at a massage treatment in my whole life.
