Surely this is the best plant store in Australia! We are so lucky to have Eddy and her team set up shop locally. I feel like I’ve attended a therapy session everytime I visit the store. The plants seem to agree as everything I’ve bought here so far has not only survived but thrived! It also helps that the staff seem to really love what they do and are happy to answer endless questions about plants. Thanks Eddy , Fran, and Reshma. I’ll see you again soon I’m sure.
We popped in here this morning as My husband had met Edwina in our neck of the woods at a his nursery of work. What a gorgeous space!! Beautiful quality plants and creative displays. Lots of little nooks to enjoy a great coffee made by Antony , well worth the visit, we will be back 🥰
So much more than a plant store! While the shop was filled with the heady scent of hyacinths, a lovely wine bar awaits. We loved the wine and cheese pairings. The brie fermier was my favourite.
I called from Melbourne at lunchtime to choose a plant to be delivered to my brother. Eddie was incredibly helpful sending me photos of my chosen plant in a variety of pots to help me to pick the right one. And she delivered the plant to him herself. It was wrapped beautifully. And I know that because Eddie sent me a photo of the finished product too! Such incredible service. My brother was thrilled. There will be no more deliveries of flowers from here on in. Plants will be the only gift for him. Thank you Eddie!!
1 June 2021, 1st order: The website is pretty easy to navigate although the categories don't seem to include all the relevant products so you have to click on All Products. But the selection of plants and pots is wonderful. Ordering was a simple, quick process. This was followed by The Plant Shop team with excellent communication about the order status. The order arrived packed very carefully. The plants were in excellent condition - perfectly healthy, shiny and nothing was broken or damaged as you can see in the photos. (NB: the pots/vases are all my own). I definitely recommend That Plant Shop! But I'm looking forward to visiting in person - the photos of the shop make it look truly like a plant person's paradise!
