Really nice buying experience! Tony G was great to work with and found us the watch my wife was looking for. Tony had the watch of interest delivered via Fed Ex to us from another 1916 Company store. The watch was beautiful and as described! It was a little bit too large so we were instructed to bring it in and they would size it for us while we waited. It took about twenty minutes to remove a few links and off we went!! We had a long relationship with Hyde Park prior to the merger with The 1916 Company and we are pleased that we can and will continue the great relationship with The 1916 Company. Thank you to everyone at "our 1916 Company"!

This is an awesome store with a great selection. Stephanie C helped me pick out a watch. She was never once pushy, she never tried to upsell me and just listened and showed me watches I asked to see and suggested some alternatives to check out. It was a great experience and I walked out with 2 great watches for my wife and I. Thanks!

Amazing experience and very welcoming team from front to back. We had a very welcoming experience, from the gentleman at the door to every employee there. Each was happy to assist and took time to speak with us about the Rolex, Longines, and Tudor selections. Originally, was only planning on getting my Rolex serviced, but the welcoming team as we just looked around definitely made me a future customer at this location. I will definitely purchase my next watch here. I wish other stores treated their customers as this location does. Thank you!
