The Art Room à Footscray, situé au 138 Cowper St, Footscray VIC 3011, propose des cours pratiques de poterie (tour et modelage à la main) et de peinture dans un studio accueillant. Les étudiants apprécient des cours variés et innovants et des niveaux d'enseignement élevés, avec Jen Whitten et Filomena qui apportent un encadrement soutenant. Le studio ouvert et l'ambiance conviviale aident les débutants à gagner en confiance et à développer leur propre voix artistique.

I went to a course at The Art Room over 3 years ago and have just kept going. The course content is varied , innovative and the standard of teachers and teaching is really high. I find that the classes and workshops also reinforce each other which helps me develop . Its a great space to work in .
A wonderful studio to explore wheel throwing and hand building. Individual creativity and projects are encouraged. Friendly welcoming place, lots of fun and you can switch off and immerse yourself in clay for hours. Bliss
I have enjoyed attending classes here so much. The vibe is beautiful. Everybody is so kind and reassuring when you’re trying to learn something new , Jen is an incredible teacher who has such enthusiasm for art and a real passion for teaching beginners.
Foundation painting at The Art Room with Jen Whitten finishes today and it has been a great 12 weeks. Lovely people and learned quite a lot. Thanks Jen for your expertise. If you're new to painting in oils this class covers it all.
