Went to the kids Christmas so called party today what an absolute Joke. We went last year and it was excellent then mind blowing even it was that entertaining. This years was the complete opposite. No food, no stage entertainment, no princesses,mascots etc as were all there last year,nothing at all apart from some repetitive music for the kids to dance or run around too.All the kids were bored once they realised there was nothing for them to keep them entertained . Even the Father Christmas appearance was brief and underwhelming. One of if not the biggest let down I’ve ever been a part of,it was embarrassing from the start until the time we left with an hour and a half to go it was a really depressing experience,not a fun festive one at all,so sad

Went to see George Gallagher who was fantastic. The rest was bloody awful, the afternoon tea was blurghhhh, Not the best afternoon i have had, we were so cold all the way through being by the bar a door was open the whole time, staff didn't care. A very disappointed afternoon. I would recommend George but not the rest.
Where do I start. We held our Golden wedding anniversary at the Bentley on Saturday. From our booking 18 months ago right up ‘till the end of the evening on Saturday the service was superb. Both Sophia and Ryan made sure the evening was a success, Sophia even stayed late past her finishing time. Everyone who attended commented on the quality of the buffet, the food was better than excellent and also the lovely staff who served it. Our guests also said the Cunard room where we held our party was beautifully decorated, there were even lit candelabras on the tables, a lovely touch. I can’t recommend the Bentley highly enough, they took all of the worry and planning out of our hands and ensured that we had a special Golden wedding anniversary. If you’re planning a special day then look no further than the Bentley, you won't be disappointed. Thank you Sophia, Ryan and staff, you made it a very special evening for us. We are absolutely blown away by the venue. We had the most amazing wedding day, from start to finish, the staff went above and beyond - couldn’t do enough for us! The food was delicious! Thank you all so much for a beautiful day x
