Bonnie is THE best sales associate I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She was professional, informative, knowledgable and most importantly - a beautiful soul! Bonnie took the time to walk around the store with me and really took the time to get to know me on a level that goes above and beyond. While taking my budget into mind, Bonnie showed me various pieces and gave me the time alone to test things out for myself without making me feel rushed or pressured. I am so happy that I have the opportunity to get to work with Bonnie at this Brick location.
The delivery guys were courteous, smart and very knowledgeable. They assembled my dining table very fast though assembling wasnt part of the delivery.
To start if we are reviewing the whole customer service from the point of sale to delivery the customer service from your sales guy was amazing. Patrick is always a pleasure to deal with if we are rating the delivery. The first initial delivery that came was a disaster. They walked through my house with their slushy dirty boots on slid furniture across the room on my new floors and I was not happy with their delivery they also Did not install the couch fully as it was missing a piece and after A week I have finally received the whole couch the delivery people that came to deliver the one piece we’re very respectful and polite, and I appreciate the end result of this purchase
Osama was amazing to work with and made the whole process of purchasing couches so easy. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping to find exactly what we were looking for. His professionalism and great attitude really stood out. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend Osama as a salesperson!
I was at The Brick and received excellent service from Bryan. He was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable about the products. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. It’s refreshing to see such professionalism and genuine care for customers.
