I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Schwarz. He was very knowledgeable about the property. He has a great passion for what he does and it shows. He was enthusiastic about the property and all the details, but also very down to earth and realistic about how the property would meet my family and I’s personal needs and wants. He was also very knowledgeable and in tune to the surroundings and the area around the property.
