Sabrina was incredible to work with and helped me design the ring of my fiancée’s dreams! We first went in together as a couple to look at ideas, and from there Sabrina and I worked closely to bring everything together. She made the design process easy, thoughtful, and exciting, and truly listened to every detail. The final ring was absolutely beautiful, and we were amazed that it only took 3–4 weeks from the moment we finalized the design to when I picked it up. I couldn’t recommend Sabrina or Diamond Reserve more highly for creating something so special!

My custom engagement ring experience started with an easy online scheduling tool on the TDR website, followed quickly by a call to discuss my goals and preferences for an in-person consultation. During the consultation, Sabrina kept things very relaxed and informative, tactfully guiding my fiancée and I through preferences we had discussed over the phone beforehand. Later on during the payment process, we ran into some international banking road blocks that Sabrina accommodated effortlessly, ensuring that the ring was completed without delay.
