I had a phenomenal experience here. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed because Lisa opened the building door and greeted us with both a warm hello and smile. Throughout the interaction, I never felt rushed. Lisa shared the history of the company with genuine pride and transparency. She also took generous time to provide a tour, and she answered each question thoughtfully. The level of knowledge, patience, and friendliness was exceptional and, frankly, rare to find. Even after I left, when I realized I had additional questions (and forgot to take a few photos), Lisa was incredibly responsive – following up promptly and even sending the photos to me. At a time when customer focus and service can feel almost nonexistent in many places, the Durham Exchange was a genuine breath of fresh air. This visit left a lasting impression, and if you are not considering this company for business, you are truly missing out – though I suppose that leaves more amazing service for the rest of us! Note to Owner: Lisa is an exceptional asset to your business. Her professionalism, efficiency, and friendly demeanor elevated the entire experience. She represents your brand extremely well and is someone customers will remember for all the right reasons.

Had an appointment for a showing. I got there 15 minutes early. I walked in with a couple of people who had just pulled in at the same time I did. The Durham Exchange woman, Lisa, didn't even acknowledge me.... Started to talk to the party that walked in in front of me. So I just walked outside and waited till about 5 mins till. I rang the doorbell, which was a ring camera. Nobody answered so I waited 5 minutes and then at 2:00 decided to get in my car because clearly my business was not as important as the other people. Had I known that it was a first come first serve, I guess I would have just showed up instead of making an appointment.
The Wedding Exchange in Durham is a great venue for an intimate guest count. I love the recent renovations the team has made to the space - it's now so open with a great flow! This venue is industrial and fully indoors, with a sizeable outdoor patio. The accent wall displaying a train is a great local touch, and the team is always friendly and helpful!
J'ai loué le Wedding Exhange pour organiser une fête prénuptiale commune pour deux sœurs. Le personnel était extrêmement sympathique, serviable et répondait presque immédiatement à tous les courriels (même quand ils n'étaient pas au bureau). Ils ont également été extrêmement accommodants et sont allés bien au-delà pour s'assurer que tout serait parfait pour les mariées à venir. Je recommande vivement ce lieu pour vos événements les plus intimes.
