It's been one year since I found my home, and I am still very happy with my purchase because of Sheldon Casavant's help! Despite a very tight timeline to find and close on a home, purchasing my first home was stress-free, to say the least. I had reached out to him from out of province and he was prompt to reach out to follow up on my request. Not long after, we were able to schedule a video call to discuss budget, timeline, preferred location/amenities/neighbourhoods.
