Soo the initial room is fine really nice I had the ballers lounge for three hours decent sizes. Ping pong, pool and the tv and projector and PS5s but nobody played PS5 tbh lol. Too busy chatting and playing music. Walking in though there’s like a burger place and lots of pool tables the further you get in. Upstairs is where the rooms are. The light for the O lounge sign with the flowers wasn’t working. Did wanna take pictures by it but yeah. The bowling alley wasn’t working either and hasn’t been for a good while apparently. Not great was looking forward to doing some bowling to break up not just being in the room and just in general. The guy on the front desk was friendly and informative. The karaoke wasn’t really working too well. Took ages to connect and stay connected had to get assistance twice (funny lead or connecting wire) then it would just stop on one mic randomly so that was abit annoying tbh. Then towards the end of our time lol it worked. I would come back though just because the room was nice and it’s a really good idea. did want executive but it was gone. So I’ll be back for other rooms like the pink panther 😍 Feel like if they fix some of the bits that need fixing it’ll be a lot better but the bowling alley not working really wasn’t impressed and it doesn’t state this on the website or tik tok… Still I’d recommend you go here though it’s good 🙂
We came as a group of 12 using the Executive Room they offer. Surprisingly no one on here speaks about the extortionate prices of the fees. Smoking fee of £15,000, Rips in snooker table £6,000, etc. If there are any damages they’re about 3 times the price of the actual item itself. Cleaning fees are above £1,000 too. I wish i took a picture to share. You pay a deposit for the room and they get you to pay the remainder in cash, they have a cash machine on site which is free. Any card payments are hand recorded. The room itself is nice, it has a good speaker (1 speaker), sofas are comfortable, tv’s (120 inch is a projector) work fine. There are scuffs around the pool table and rips, there are damages to the air hockey table. Nothing that bad that’ll impact your experience! As shown, still a 3 star rating as you get your moneys worth.
Celebrated my son’s birthday here and they had such a blast. You can bring your own food and drink which is a bonus :) We had the palm room- clean, tidy and a good price. I’m back now for my other son’s birthday as it was a fun experience.
Great time, lovely spot and a great place to tune into your playful side. So much to do and amazing lovely staff. Shriya was amazing she kept checking in on us and even persuaded to stay another hour which didn't take much persuading. Would deffo book again!
This was a great place for my son's 13th birthday celebration and good value. 6 of them had the presidential suite and loved being able to put on their own music via Bluetooth, playing table tennis, pool and Play Station. We ordered pizzas in and bought soft drinks there. It was ideal and he staff were really friendly and helpful.
