I hit this gym twice as a guest while in town for a convention. I was very impressed. It seems to have at least 4 different rooms, offering different vibes and equipment. I was most impressed with the upstairs, offering a perfect setup for Hyrox training.
Working with Bre at The Fitness Loft has completely changed my body and my health. I’ve taken a year to work on strength training and have gained over ten pounds of muscle while also losing body fat in a sustainable way. This wouldn’t be possible without Bre. She is laser-focused on safety, consistency, and finding joy in the science of how our bodies work and adapt over time. Her only priority during our sessions is my safety, health, and wellbeing. This facility is gorgeous and a great place to spend an hour. Everyone who works here is warm and welcoming!
I’ve been coming to the fitness loft on and off for the last several years. However, I’ve really loved some of the fitness classes I’ve been taking lately! Love synergy and boxing with Ron Smith. He makes a challenging class fun and I always leave feeling great. He’s also a great personal trainer - listens well and helps to create a plan specific to your goals. The gym is always clean and has all the equipment you’d need.
The Fitness Loft is a great gym at an affordable price! It has all the equipment you might need, including free weights, cardio, and cable machines. They also have a variety of fitness classes and amazing personal trainers! I have been working with Breauna Saunders as my trainer there for just under a year, and I have seen tremendous growth in terms of my strength, confidence, and understanding of how to do different types of exercises. She has been an incredible guide in my journey to better physical fitness, and also someone who I now consider a friend. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone, regardless of whether they are new to fitness or more experienced. It has something for everyone.
Working with Bre has been a game changer for my strength training. Before finding Bre at the Fitness Loft, I was completely lost on how to use machines, how to create a training program, and most importantly how to safely and effectively workout. Before every session she intently asks about my individual workouts and if there is anything I am struggling with. She is able to tailor my sessions on the fly in order for me to get the most out of my workouts. Above all, she is super encouraging and I love how she approaches fitness and strength from a holistic wellness perspective.
