This place has killer deals and great furniture and even some local made in Oregon furniture. The guys working there are super kind, helpful and definitely know what they’re doing and talking about. Really great down to earth salesman vibes. They helped us load up two couches. One inside my Subaru and one couch on top of my Subaru Forster. They wrapped the furniture very well and knew all the tricks. Will definitely spend money here again. Thank you!!!!!
I was looking for a chair and couldn’t find what I was looking for. My dad said to try here. I went in and there was a huge selection. I was able to walk around without the high pressure of being sold. They let me do my thing. When I was approached it was in a very non pressure way. I went around like three times looking for chairs. The person who was there was super nice, laid back in a good way and knowledgeable. I was shown some great options and there was zero pressure to buy. I bought a chair and it was soft and oversized, which is what I was looking for. They had it in stock so I could take it home that day. The place is clean, a great selection and prices are great. Highly recommend.
Solid furniture store with some pretty good deals. Mattress firm sells similar mattresses for 3x what you'll pay here. The sales guy isn't pushy, let me do my thing and was able to answer all my questions, seems to really know his stuff. Owners are nice - wish they'd sell me their two dogs 😎
We got 2 sofas at this place One was damaged from factory We did inform this place (no any reaction) After a while it brake completely We did contact them because we do have premium warranty (extended warranty for 5 years). We did call this place and lady on the phone was terrible. Didn't lessen did not want to help at all. If you want to buy furniture choice anyone else on the area but not this place This people don't think about you or even them business They think about your money and that's all what they wanted
The Furniture Shack is an absolutely amazing, family-owned business! I needed a self-rising chair after hip surgery just two days ago, and they had exactly what I needed in stock. The entire purchasing process was incredibly fast—less than 10 minutes—and their team was so respectful and attentive to my needs. Without this chair, I would’ve ended up back in the hospital today. I can’t praise them enough for their kindness, efficiency, and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend! I will be purchasing my furniture from them going forward!
