This review is somewhat delayed but I wanted to ensure that I submitted it as my experience at the Garden Spa was exceptional. I booked the Couples Ultimate Bliss package with my 98 year old mother. Jessica was my therapist and Jazmine was my mother's. My experience was one of the best I've had, I fell asleep for most of it and apparently was snoring but I guess that is the whole point of a massage. I am quite active so have some joint and muscle issues and Jessica took care of all of my soreness and tightness with an excellent touch. My mother said Jazmine was excellent and she thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The tea and chocolates afterwards was a nice touch. The setting is tranquil, relaxing and cozy. I have referred my boss here and she has been twice and loves it. Bottom line, I would highly recommend and I will definitely be back. Very very soon. Thank you! Jeanne
I just had a wonderful massage with Jessica. It was the perfect balance between relaxing and therapeutic. My back and neck feel amazing. I highly recommend her.
I had a very unfortunate experience at The Garden Spa today during my Brow wax and shape appointment with Lizzie. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time, but the grounds were still all locked up as my therapist had not yet arrived. Once she did arrive, we got a fairly quick start only a few minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I requested my brow arch to be cleaned up a bit and to maintain a big brow look. Her hands were shaking and cold throughout the treatment. She repeated over and over and over... "don't want to take off too much". She waxed my right eyebrow, then perhaps because she did take off too much with the wax, used tweezers only on my left brow. I typically don't mind tweezing, however this felt like she was just ripping out and breaking off hairs in clumps as she used the tweezers. I was there for 30 minutes as she continued to take more and more off. The end result is just awful - With a huge chunk taken out of my right eyebrow and somehow the shape resembles the mcdonalds arches M.
Renee is absolutely amazing. Hands down the best treatment in the area. Renee is a true professional with great attention to detail from the moment you arrive. She makes you feel cared for and pampered. I loved the facial and you can tell she really loves her job and her clients. I will be back.
I absolutely loved The Garden Spa. It's so cute and serene with a little garden to relax after your session. I received a massage by Antonella. She was lovely and had a very calming presence and energy to her. I never had cupping before and I actually really enjoyed it as well as the massage itself. Her gentle yet firm technique really worked out the tightness in my back. Overall, I would definitely come back here!
