I had a major emergency with my shower today and Daniel from The Gentlemen Pros was an absolute lifesaver! Being in the Kenilworth area, I wasn't sure how quickly someone could get out here, but they responded immediately. Daniel was professional, polite, and lived up to the company name—a true 'Gentleman.' He diagnosed the issue quickly, explained exactly what went wrong, and had my shower back in working order in no time. He even took the time to make sure everything was spotless before he left. If you're in Edmonton and need a plumber who is honest, fast, and highly skilled, ask for Daniel. Truly exceptional service!"
Joshua fixed our water pressure issue quickly. The inspection was easy, and the problem was corrected right away. Great service, good attitude, and very helpful with a last minute appointment. We would definitely use him and his company again.
My husband and I are both very happy with the service we received today from Cody. The three young men who came into our home today to install our furnace and hot water tank, were very respectful and polite. They did a great job installing our furnance and hot water tank. They cleaned up after themselves and were pleasant to have in our home and speak to. It was fantastic they were able to install both furnace and hot water tank in one day. We appricate that you guys spent the whole day to ensure we were warm that night. THANK YOU!
Conrad was excellent. He was professional, detail-oriented, and clearly takes pride in his work. He explained everything clearly and gave me confidence in the decisions we were making during the reno. He is the reason I chose this company, and I would absolutely use them again because of him.
Our furnace died after 21 years and after factoring in repair costs we decided to get a new one. Richard initially came out for an emergency visit on Sunday and after deciding it was time to get a new unit we had a new furnace up and running around suppertime the next day. Renai and Mo were excellent as they both respected that they were in someone's home from start to finish. The furnace was installed well, everything was explained clearly and any questions were answered. The work areas were cleaned up thoroughly upon the installation completion. I was aware going in that the price was not the cheapest but the people we encountered and the service was excellent. I will try and update this review after the winter. Thank you
