As usual our Schnauzer Sally looks adorable after her grooming! Grooming Loft by Sophie always does such a great job. Sophie is a true professional & I have never been disappointed. Both my dogs love her!
My dog Henry is a new rescue who was at risk of being euthanized for behavioral issues, and I’m so thankful I saved him. I called Grooming Loft by Sophie LLC to book an appointment, and they kindly fit me in the very next day. Our groomer was Meg, and as you can see from Henry’s before and after, she did an amazing job! I was nervous since I had only had Henry for three days, but he’s been wonderful with me and my children. When I got the text that he was ready, I walked up to see Meg taking his picture and even giving him a toy to play with. That small act really showed me how much care she put into his experience. She said he was well-behaved and did great, which was such a relief for me. I could tell he was happy too—his tail was wagging before I even walked in. Thank you, Meg! My family absolutely loves how he looks. My 6-year-old daughter couldn’t stop hugging him when he came home, and we all agree he’s the best-groomed pup on our block now. I truly appreciate the kindness, patience, and skill. I will definitely be coming back, either before or after I give birth. I’ll also be spreading the word—this is a grooming place you can trust!
Kaylah did an amazing job with my little rescue dog, Jack. He used to be abused and it’s pretty scared of everybody. So when he’s scared/ nervous/ timid after a cut, vet visit, or whatever I never hold it against the person But when someone’s able to get him to be comfortable after meeting him once, I’m always so impressed - it just demonstrates how good they are with dogs if they can gain such a skittish dogs trust On top of that the cut was perfect. I feel like it’s the first haircut he’s had where it’s been really tailored to his face/ features. Even when I’d tell other groomers that he seems to get agitated when hair is in his eyes and can’t see, they’d still leave a lot of facial hair - I think because of the breed? Anyway - Jack and I love the cut Kaylah gave him - thank you! We’ll be back!
Our shy dog loves Meg! She always does exactly what we ask, and he looks and smells amazing. Thorough communication, reasonably priced, and great quality. The end of appointment report is a fun touch. We'll keep coming back!
I’ve been lucky enough to be taking my dog, Ellie, to Sophie’s Grooming Loft almost since it opened. So far she has been groomed by both Sophie and Lauren. They both do a wonderful job and clearly care for their clients; Lauren always takes the time to share how Ellie did that day and if there is anything I should be aware of. They have wonderful small touches, like a new bow or bandana each time she visits or little treat bags for the holidays. I can’t recommend them enough!
