I’ve been groomed at the Grooming Salon for the past four years. I go fortnightly as I am sooooo fluffy and need a lot of attention. I get so excited on our drive to the salon that I almost jump out of the car in anticipation for the fun I’m about to have. I’m always cared for by the groomers and they do a good job! 😘 love Evie the Labradoodle
The staff are amazing, professional and I trust them whole heartedly. I've brought my last three poodles here for grooming and have never not been impressed.
Wonderful team at the Grooming Salon take such good care of my fluffy little queen. Even now that I’ve moved away, I travel across town to continue her care. Thanks team for keeping this fluffy nightmare well groomed for me!
I never write reviews… but this is a must!! Worst experience ever from the beginning. Turned up at 8am to be told they don’t have our appointment when we physically went in to book because we couldn’t book online or get through on the phone, and apparently she booked us in for the week after by mistake! We have been having technology issues? Human error maybe? Squeezed us in this afternoon to the detriment of our dogs( mum and son)… to be told not at the time of booking but when we dropped them off the puppy will not get a full clip because it’s his first grooming… totally understandable and always about the welfare of the dog..but would have been nice to know when booking him in at the initial stages. Mum has been groomed over 20 times, with no issues at all, once again understandable …may have been stressed because her puppy was there, but I rang to check on them because I felt uncomfortable from the start and was told we will talk to you when you pick them up. Then I get a phone call saying we have cut mums tongue, come and get her now… it’s bleeding heaps and then in the background to hear it’s stopped bleeding as much… but tongues bleed! I know mistakes happen, but at the end of the day admit you did something wrong… have a little remorse for our fur babies and don’t charge me $55 for the pup to get a wash and his eyes trimmed.. I can do that myself. I know being in the customer service industry I would have bent over backwards to make things right and not make excuses… it goes a long way!
Perfect cut and super happy pup afterwards for a great price! Turned our Labradoodle from a soggy wooly mammoth into a respectable little teddy bear.
