I went there to get a custom name plate made , I put a deposit down November 6th or 7th with a request the piece be done by December 6th, which Yessenia assured me it could be done by that time with a 2-3week timeframe. On December 4th I received a picture of a design nothing had been made, I had another piece to pick up so I informed them I wanted my money back I was then told by the store manager kim when I got there that they had trouble placing the baguettes which nobody even said anything for that whole month so I then ended up changing the design just to accommodate the jeweler which I should have never had to do because if you’re a good jeweler it would have been figured out or I would have been reached out to as soon as the problem came not two days before I’m supposed to pick up the piece I then agreed to give them more time but I was very clear that I needed the piece before December 27th as it was my birthday and Kim the store manager agreed again that deadline could be met, Christmas Eve came and my name plate had not come in which was very upsetting and I requested my money back and and was told by Kim she would let me know when the name plate came in I reached out on the 26th as Kim claimed it would be delivered that afternoon no response and still no name plate as on December 30th. The customer service was not great and my time nor money was respected they acted as if I was overreacting and when I told Kim they should have been on top of it she rudely said she was but clearly wasn’t or I would have my piece, they now seem to be ignoring me everytime I reach out which is interesting because I gave them money to start another piece, I am satisfied with the three other piece I purchased but I would not ever get a custom piece made here again I would just buy wats on the shelf you can walk out with in hand same day save your time and stress. ** update ** Just received my piece today Jan 6th, I absolutely love it . It looks exactly like I wanted, although I’m not happy about how late I received it. They are sizing my necklace I bought from them at no cost to go with the piece and I am appreciative of that.
Kimberly was amazing , she helped my husband & I get our rings rhodium cleaned & they also replaced a diamond that fell out of my ring. They are always so friendly & always so helpful . They are our go to jewelers!
Kim helped me out she was more than amazing she answered all my questions and assisted me in anything difficult request i asked for. will be sending a lot of customers your way

As soon as you walk in the staff, especially Jocelyne, we’re very welcoming. The service was excellent! I’ve been looking for a place to get my jewelry appraised and they do it locally that will only take a few days compared to others that ship it off and takes over a week. I will definitely be coming back to get that done. Jocelyne even included jewelry cleaning for my two gold rope necklaces!
