This was my first time here and the atmosphere was friendly and warm. My sales associate Emilia was amazing. Pleasant Personality and very knowledgeable of the merchandise. She made my shopping experience a joy. Will be back to see her.
I get why there are so many 5 star reviews now. I went in with a tarnished, tangled necklace with a lot of sentimental value to my fiancée under the impression that it’d take 7-10 days to clean and untangle. Instead, the jeweler just tidied it up and cleaned it on the spot for no charge. I even got my ring size in the meantime. The least I could do is encourage more people to go somewhere like the Jewelry Exchange, they’ll look out for you.
There are many choices when it comes to jewelers, but this one really shines, as the key to this sometimes confusing experience is friendly, patient, expert guidance. We were fortunate enough to meet Stormy, who was all of that, and more. Stormy made us feel comfortable, and took the time to explain every detail of our diamond ring search, all the while clarifying things in our terms, and maintaining a friendly, and sometime humorous, demeaner. She answered all of our questions, and provided numerous options, as Jewelry Exchange offers many. In the end, we were not only very happy with our purchase, but we also were quite content with the price we paid. Put these guys on your short list and give them a shot. You won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! I came in after my wedding ring had to be cut off and didn't think I'd ever find anything that would make me as happy as what I had. Aidan truly listened to what I needed and now I couldn't be happier with my new ring! Would definitely recommend coming to see her!
