Dr. Kevin Ellis is GREAT!!!! He listens to my concerns and takes his time to provide care. I'm really glad I got back into chiropractic care because of the amazing benefits I experience. The staff is so welcoming and knowledgeable😊

I regret coming here.. during an "adjustment," they shifted one of my lower spinal discs and now I have random moments where my spine locks up in that area and I developed constant pain when I want to lay down flat. It's refreshing at first but they take walk ins and when they get busy, their performance may get a little sloppy and speedy and I think thats what happened that day. They didnt bother to wait for the right moment and twisted me with no patience. When I approached them about it the next visit, they acted like it was normal and referred me to one of their specialists at another location that I had to pay to see. It's been two years now and I will forever regret coming to this place.
Really good visit. I always worry about the doctors knowing what to do because the adjustments are really fast, but no problems thus far.

She also adjusted my partner, and we both walked out feeling refreshed and aligned. Dr. Erica’s skill, attentiveness, and caring approach truly made the visit exceptional. The clinic itself was clean, efficient, and had a calming atmosphere. I appreciated the ease of walking in without a long wait, and the entire experience felt personalized and professional. If you’re looking for knowledgeable care, excellent customer service, and a chiropractor who genuinely cares, I highly recommend visiting The Joint and seeing Dr. Erica.
