My doctor was great! He made sure I was comfortable and felt great throughout the whole session. Walking away I feel so much better! The front desk was amazing as well. Everyone was super personable and kind. I loved my visit!
This was my first visit and the staff was absolutely amazing and friendly. Dr. Rachel was thorough and I had a great adjustment. My pain is already less than it was when I came in. I also love that you do not have to have an appointment after your initial visit. And their program they have for chiropractic care is more affordable than any place I’ve ever seen. I can’t wait to come back.
I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Kris and his amazing front office staff, especially Janise. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine kindness and professionalism. Janise keeps everything running smoothly and makes every visit feel effortless. Dr. Kris is truly exceptional—knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly attentive. He takes the time to explain everything, listens to your concerns, and provides the kind of care that makes a real difference. I always leave feeling heard, cared for, and physically better than when I walked in. If you’re looking for a chiropractor who truly cares and a team that treats you like family, this is the place. I’ll be honest when I first decided to try a “walk-in” chiropractor I wasn’t sure how that worked or what quality it would be. Every other time I’ve needed an adjustment, I couldn’t get in for days at other doctors, which doesn’t help when you’re hurting. My neck had gotten so stiff. I thought what the heck I’m gonna try this and I walked in on Nov 3 2025 at 1:20pm at their TIFFANY SPRINGS location on Skyview in Kansas City Missouri. From the moment I walked in, the woman at the front desk was friendly, confident, and took great care of me. She made the whole experience easy and welcoming. To my surprise, I got one of the best adjustments I’ve had in years. The chiropractor fixed a spot in my neck I thought no one could ever get and even adjusted my jaw, which I didn’t realize was that bad out of alignment. I actually see better now. Haha The monthly membership was surprisingly affordable and a pretty good deal! If you think about it, having a membership is like going out to eat with a family of 4 just-one time!! I love that I never have to make an appointment! I can just walk in when I need to. Fits my lifestyle perfectly. So glad I found this place.
Wonderful customer service. Janise and the Dr were wonderful and made sure i was set up with a doable plan to get me back on track during my visit to kansas. The service , time and care put into my appointment was fantastic. Tha ks for helping me get back on track.
