No explanation needed. The photos are a clear representation of our horrible experience today. Our request was completely ignored and the “hairdresser” did whatever she wanted. They made up every excuse and took zero accountability for her mistake. She was also extremely rude and aggressive with my 3 year old. Absolutely disgusted with his “hairdresser”.. also the harsh scissor cuts on my baby’s hair. Payed $70 for this horrible service.
Katie was amazing with my toddler’s first haircut! She was so patient and pulled out all the stops—from an iPad playing Bluey to a bucket of toys—to keep him happy and distracted. She asked exactly what we wanted, worked efficiently, and made the whole experience easy and sweet. We even left with a thoughtful little keepsake. We’ll definitely be coming back for his next haircut! The staff was very accommodating and kind.
Go see Mel for sure. I've been seeing her for over a year and a half. Not only is she a total girls' girl but she knows what she's doing when it comes to cut and color. She is a lovely human and a great hairstylist overall. You definitely won't be bored with her. She is able to help you reach your hair goals but is honest in what works best for your looks and lifestyle. She's realistic with what magic she can work and what you can handle. She has always taken great care of my hair and isn't afraid to tell you what will and will not work for you. She's a solid 12/10. Don't sleep on Mel
Hands down the best kids salon we’ve found in Denver in over 10 years. My daughter has long wavy hair which while gorgeous, Is so challenging to brush and keep up. And then came Nicole - the amazing wonder hairstylist who advised us to cut some longer layers and use some new products. AMAZING. what a difference. Add to this, she added a cute side braid, ribbon and some tinsel hair so my kid could rock out at the Taylor Swift video premiere movie that night. Never going anywhere else. Ever.
Made appointments here to get my girls’ hair braided for a wedding. Nicole and Kyla were amazing. I was only hoping for something simple and Nicole went out of her way to make sure we had a perfect look. The manager went to the back to find bows, flowers, and pins that would suit the occasion and match their dresses. There were lots of young kids getting cuts and all the families seemed happy with the results. Amazing space inside, play area next door and generally a great location. If we lived here in Denver, I would absolutely bring my kids to The Knotty Kids Salon every time.
