I have just started beginner yoga classes with Meghan at the Little Yogi Studio to help with back pain. I couldn't have felt more welcome, and Meghan is wonderful at explaining everything. Everything you need is provided, there is no pressure to work beyond your capabilities, and no expectation to know how to do everything. Couldn't recommend more.
I’ve been going to Meghan’s hot yoga classes for a while now, and it’s become one of my favourite parts of the week. I always feel so at ease walking into the studio, it’s such a welcoming and calm environment. Meghan provides such a peaceful positive and supportive atmosphere and I always feel so relaxed, grounded and re-energised after her classes!!
My friend recommended me to Hot Yoga at the studio. I was apprehensive because I have a few spinal conditions that I’m incredibly self-conscious about. I cleared it with my physio and haven’t looked back since my first class with Meghan. There is no pressure and you are encouraged to move with your own breath and timing. I would struggle to go a week without it now and if the class is oversubscribed (which it often is due to popularity) then I patiently hope for a cancellation. It is the perfect way to break up the working week and has really helped me with pain management, as well as supporting me through an emotionally tough time in my life. The class is so peaceful and restorative and the flow of movement really helps to quiet the mind. The wind down towards the end of the class, with gentle voice/touch elements from Meghan, is the perfect way to disconnect from the busy world outside. I recommend Hot Yoga and the Little Yogi Studio to everyone. The studio itself is absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. It is such an inviting and relaxing space. Meghan has a warm, nurturing and calming presence and anyone could benefit from these sessions. They are great for improving mobility, fostering community and supporting positive physical/mental health.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely love coming here! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.The space is beautiful and serene, the instructors are wonderful, and the whole atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The studio has such a peaceful energy, and the classes are the perfect balance of challenge and relaxation. The instructors are supportive and attentive, and the community is so friendly. It’s the highlight of my week and has made a big difference in both my body and mind. Every class leaves me feeling refreshed, positive, and grounded. Truly a hidden gem! 🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻
Love coming to Little Yogi Studio for beginner yoga classes. Megan explains everything so clearly and makes you feel really comfortable, even if you’ve never done yoga before. The pace is relaxed but you still get a great stretch, and it’s such a good way to clear your head after a busy day. I highly recommend!
