I had the mini waterfall and it was the most delightful experience from start to finish! The room is so therapeutic. Seeing your scalp and hair follicles is so interesting not something I’ve saw before! The head spa itself was heavenly my head feels 10 stone lighter and my hair is so soft! You also get a mini facial which I didn’t realise and just added to experience. Jodie is also very knowledgeable and professional at what she does! Once the experience is over there is then a beauty room upstairs to dry your hair. If you’re considering booking do it!!
Welcomed by the lovely Jodie Into a beautiful little room where we were treated to fizz, pastries, fruit & treats After Jodie had let us settle in & had a lovely little chat I was then taken through to the spa room! A tranquil setting with the perfect mood lighting & music. I prepped and got comfortable on the masseuses bed and Jodie ran through the treatment! It started with a scalp analysis. Jodie shows you on a screen & talks you through your scalp health! She shows you hair follicles and was able to tell me that my scalp was a little dry then continued to explain and advise treatment to help. Next was a head steam! This was perfect. Warmed through from head to toe! & I even had to open my eyes a few times because even though I knew the steamer was not covering my face, it felt like I was also getting a facial steam! Temperature just right and all the senses starting to tingle - from head to fingers to toes! This sensation happened through the whole treatment! Once the head steam had finished she then placed an eye mask on me which came exactly as I was thinking ‘I could just do with something snugging my face right now! #perfecttiming At this point I noticed she allowed a slight pause between each part of the treatment, as though to allow you to take in & enjoy what you’ve just experienced & what was coming next. So, onto the scalp cleanse (not sure that’s what it’s called but it felt like it) This is where I thought - my god i hope her hands are insured because this sensation was unreal and really did heighten senses throughout my body! After prepping my hair with tepid water she then began the clean and building what felt like a cloud of foam around my head! Every millimetre of my head was washed, scrubbed, massaged…. Using both her own magic hands and some tools that worked wonders! When she rinsed the products I can tell you now, the saying ‘squeaky clean’ is a real thing! My head & hair was literally squeaking! I think i may have fell asleep or went into a little world of my own because I felt like I was there forever & can’t remember enough to tell you! What I do remember, is the head wrap! Wow! When she’s finished all the different treatments to your head & hair she then wraps a towel around your head and it takes you back to swaddling a baby! My head felt hugged!!!! The treatments continue. Now it was time for a facial - creams, massaging! Amazing! This went from the face into neck & shoulders, onto the arms & right down to the finger tips! During this I dozed off again and whilst she is so gentle, I also ended up with a little fright because I’d fallen asleep and so when she went to massage my neck to chin I got a little fright. It didn’t end there. What I was not expecting was to be asked to move onto my front so that she could massage my legs to my toes! Again, wow! This was not expected and was thoroughly enjoyed. Jodie finished by completely wrapping you up from head to toe and then doing what can only be explained as one final massage (id say hug) from head down to your toes as though locking the whole experience in!!!!! After some chill time to just lay and relax, I got dressed (at this point I wished I’d have just brought a big teddy dressing gown or pj’s because I just wanted to hold on to the snug feeling) … I walked out like I was on air! I think my bestie wished she would have filmed me coming out because she said I looked like I was on cloud 9 & honestly, I was! I came out to the goodies on the table, the Prosecco & a lovely cuppa! My Bestie then went in for her treatment! I now have an hour and a half to fully chill and just enjoy the serenity for a little longer! Jodie has a beauty room available to go get dressed and do your hair but although I went up for a nosey, I just wanted to chill so I tied my hair up, wrote this review, and took some well deserved time to just be by myself! What an experience! Thank you Jodie - we will be back! XxX
I had the deluxe waterfall experience and it was absolutely amazing. Jodie was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. It was so relaxing and has left my hair feeling amazing. The room and setting was gorgeous and everything was put together brilliantly. There was lots of drinks choices on offer which is a lovely touch, and a lovely room to dry your hair in after the experience. 100% recommend and I will definitely be back next time I’m in Liverpool!! Thank you ❤️
Had a lovely mini waterfall experience today woth Jodi! The water halo was absolutely amazing and I felt I could of lay there all day! Lovely treat off my sister for my birthday would definitely go again. She even made me a lovely cuppa afterwards!
Jodie was amazing throughout our experience! We came as a hen do party of 6. And everyone absolutely loved it. She was friendly and was professional. We all had a mini head spa and I felt my scalp feel so amazing, I didn’t want to leave the room. Her communication was amazing, she messaged me about different options and choices for the hen, we had our own room with food and brides accessories. We are so happy and we all said we definitely will be back. Thank you so much for making this memory so good. If anyone thinking about to get one, definitely do it xx
