Everybody here is so lovely at the loft & it’s so nice to enter a positive and relaxing space knowing you’re in good hands. Also a particular shout out to Rachel, she has been my life saver since coming to the loft and helping me on my hair health journey. She is a wealth of knowledge and has the most kind, beautiful energy. I can’t thank her enough for her help, she is one amazing human!
I am here for a wedding and needed my hair done last minute, they were able to fit me straight away. I had such a lovely experience with Cody, all the girls were so friendly and my curls look amazing! Highly recommend!
I recently had a full head of foils from Cody, who is still finishing her apprenticeship. I can honestly say she did a better job on my fine fair hair than a popular salon in Coolangatta where I paid A LOT of money. Cody listened to my hair concerns and worked her magic to make me look and feel like a million bucks. Highly recommend this beautiful salon and all of the wonderful stylists.

Being new in the area I was looking to find a hairdresser to replace my wonderful hairdresser of ten years who I saw down south. I’m SO glad I found The Loft and specifically Rachel who did my hair. From the minute I walked in I noticed the good feeling energy and peaceful atmosphere. Rachel was lovely and listened with real care when I was trying to describe in my basic terms what I normally have done with my colour and cut. The main thing is I felt I could trust her. I love the result and it didn’t seem to take long. I’m really looking forward to next time! Lots of gratitude 😊
