Where do I even start!? My husband and I got married at The Meadows in October 2025 and it truly was the best day of our lives. We toured The Meadows in the summer of 2024 and fell in love with the beautiful landscape, separate houses for getting ready, 5 ceremony sites to choose from, and the open reception area. We picked the highest wedding planning package and worked with Lindsay, who became a very good friend, cheerleader, and negotiator over the next year and a half. When I tell you I didn't stress about ONE thing during the planning process, I mean it. Lindsay was absolutely amazing. Not only is she super talented at her job, but she is also so funny and sweet. I owe a lot of my calmness and carefree joy throughout the process and on wedding day to her. All the staff we encountered were fantastic, and while the venue itself lends to a beautiful day, the vendor team Lindsay helped us select took it all to the next level. Our guests are still raving about the venue and how seamless and beautiful the whole day was. I'm still on cloud 9 and would do it all over again in a heartbeat. No notes, absolutely perfect. The best experience I could have imagined.
Couldn’t recommend the Meadows more!!!!! We got married in May 2025! Our wedding day was beyond perfect and the staff were SO good to us. Our coordinator Lindsay took such amazing care of us and met our every need! SO many people came up to us during and after the wedding saying “this venue is PERFECT”, and it seriously was! Choosing the Meadows was one of the best decisions we made!!!
As a photo/video team who has shot a wedding at The Meadows, we cannot speak more highly over our experience with them. Prior to the wedding for our client, we were able to do a thorough walkthrough of the space and they were so gracious with their time and answered all of our questions with such great energy. On the day of the wedding, they were extremely attentive to the clients, guest and other vendors and it made our job so seamless! The spaces for photo opportunities are endless and it’s evident they care so much about their venue and take such good care of it all! We can’t wait to come back here and capture more wedding days. We highly highly recommend them to those seeking a unique and stunning venue!
We recently held our wedding at the Meadows and couldn't have been more thrilled with our choice! The venue itself is absolutely stunning—such a beautiful space and setting that made our big day even more special. The getting-ready houses for both the groomsmen and bridal party, made it so easy for everyone to feel relaxed and prepared before the ceremony. A special shoutout to Lindsay, our coordinator, who was absolutely incredible! She not only organized all our vendors (which took so much stress off our plates) but also went above and beyond on the big day. When pollen was stuck in my tulle dress, Lindsay was right there, helping me carefully pull it off without skipping a beat. She was more than just a coordinator—she was our biggest cheerleader, keeping everything running smoothly and making us feel supported through every moment. She sincerely added to our joy on the big day! I highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a gorgeous setting and a team that truly cares about making your day perfect!!
I recently photographed at my first wedding at the Meadows at Firefly Farm Preserve and I am in love! The areas where we were able to photograph at were all well thought out and stunning, plus there were so many other options for ceremony and couples photos that we didn't even have time to explore. The getting ready space upstairs in the house is spacious, bright and well lit. Perfect for make-up application and photos. The covered patio was perfect to use for photos of the large bridal party early in the day while it was raining and later in the day it was an excellent cocktail space for people to mingle and enjoy the day. My personal favorite was the teal bar though! The staff were friendly and easy to work with. The location is great because it is close to everything in Raleigh but feels very secluded and private. I would definitely recommend the Meadows at Firefly Farm Preserve for your wedding!
