What a fabulous salon. Mimi and Michael were excellent. Best manicure and pedicure I have ever had. My husband also got a manucure and pedicure. When I back in London, I will definitely book another appointment.

This is the best Nail art Salon. I come each time from Switzerland just to do my manicure, gel art and pedicure in this salon. Mimi is really an artist. The work is so beautiful and it holds for long time. I strongly recommend.
Edited: They have redone my nails to perfection! Thank you! I will add a photo too! I tried this salon (Covent Garden branch) for the first time on Friday, 29th August, after work. The staff were friendly, attentive, and the salon was nice, but unfortunately my nails didn’t hold up as I expected. Just 5 hours after getting them done, the shellac on my right thumb started lifting, and by Sunday more fingers were chipping. I get my nails done regularly, and I’ve never had this happen before. I contacted them on 30th August, and they were quick to respond, offering to fix the nails. I have an appointment at their St. Paul’s branch this Tuesday. I appreciate that they’re willing to make it right, so I’m giving them a chance to resolve the issue. I’ll update this review after my appointment to share how the aftercare went. Photos included for reference.
Been to many nail salons, but this one is the best! My artist was very professional and such a cute bougie salon !!🩷. Thank you for paying attention to all the details and making this a beautiful experience for me. 10/10 recommended. 🩷🩷🩷🩷
