Sherry Dolen is an excellent agent who truly cares about her clients, and does a phenomenal job as a professional Realtor. I recently closed a sale with her, my wife and I represented the home sellers, and Sherry's clients won the home in a fierce bidding war. She helped her clients win by being an excellent communicator and sharp negotiator who pays attention to details, and used the information we gave her to put her clients in the best position to win. Combine that with the fact they, she/her clients, performed perfectly every step, they were ready to close early because she is proactive, and knows what she is doing, led everyone to have a wonderful experience. So much so, that our clients felt compelled to deliver possession of the home during the rent back period early so Sherry's clients would be able to enjoy their new home earlier. You see by being kind, considerate, working hard for her clients, she also brought about a synergy that helped everyone want to work together. She is a great communicator and I believe any person would be lucky to have her represent them.
We absolutely LOVED working with Sherry Dolen. She helped us purchase a home back in 2017 and just recently helped us sell that house and purchase our 3rd home. She is patient, honest, and very knowledgeable. She worked her tail off in finding our dream home. We can’t not say enough about Sherry. If I could give more stars I would! Sherry Dolen and her partner Belinda are an amazing team! When we came to her to sell our home (after having to deal with a nightmare of an experience from another realtor. ) They put all of our worries to rest being able to answer any questions we had with the knowledge of a seasoned realtor. We were able to sell our home and feel confident that Sherry and Belinda are both in our corner. Never once did we not see her with the amazing and welcoming smile on there faces. Thank you Sherry and Belinda for all your hard work helping us to achieve our goal of selling our home in a timely manor. You guys rock!
We have had the pleasure of working with Sherry Dolen for a few years now. She helped us look for our first home back in 2016 and again when we purchased our second home last year. Sherry is such an amazing person, who always took her time to explain things when we had questions. Not only has she helped us but she has also worked with our family and friends. Sherry Dolen is amazing! She helped us prepare and sell our house of 35+ years (which was very emotional) and then helped us find the house of our dreams.
