I have been a Ritual Member for a few years now and I am absolutely obsessed with this place! I don't want to get a massage anywhere else (and I used to hop around a LOT to try and find a good place). I get two 50-min massages a month and I love my deep tissue massages. I always try to book my favorite therapists, Simone & Nikki! They understand exactly where to massage my back/neck to really release those knots, without hurting me or making me feel beaten up. You can tell they understand the anatomy of the muscles and where the pain originates. I've referred so many people to The NOW and I always tell them to book either of those 2 if they want a good massage :) Recently, I got a massage from Amber and she was also so great!! She hit all the spots I was most concerned about and still went through my whole body without it feeling rushed. I left feeling instantly better than before & I loved her deep pressure and overall massage process! Would definitely request for her again!! Honestly, I feel like you'll have an amazing massage with anyone you get because they have great people and high standards. Also, the front desk ladies Dana, Lindsey, Laurel, Stephanie, and everyone else are always top notch & super friendly :) I truly feel like I'll be a member forever - I call this my happy place. I know I'll be taken cared of and I can just turn off my mind and relax once I walk in.
Came for my first time here this week and loved it. I got the 50 minute massage and added on cupping. Manny was the best! I didn’t even tell him I was having shoulder problems, but he found knots and worked them all out and gave me tips on how to prevent them in the future. So kind and accommodating I am so grateful for Manny today! Felt so good to get a massage and walk around the center for a bit of shopping - I highly recommend!!
I have been coming to The Now for years at different locations, and it is absolutely a magical experience every single time! I’m recently a member (again) at the Long Beach location, and Athena is just phenomenal! I recommend this sanctuary to EVERYONE I know and can’t share enough good things!
Soul was amazing. She was very attentive to the areas we talked about before the service. She made me feel very at ease and relaxed. Highly recommend her. She is very good at her craft. The whole NOW experience was fantastic from the moment you step in.
I've always been against massages, but decided I would step out of my comfort zone and try it. This is my second massage EVER, and my second time with Nikki. After the first time with her, I got a membership. That's how good it was. All I can say is AMAZING. I left feeling like jelly. I had mentioned to her I was going to the beach afterwards. She made sure she told me to hydrate and why. Glad she did. She's all about making sure you're cared for. I'm so glad I finally tried massage. What was a thinking?! I've lost so much time!
