I've been working out twice a week at The Perfect Workout in Long Beach for 7 months now. I was skeptical at first, but now I can see and feel the amazing results. I had a DEXA scan this month, and my results show that I gained lean muscle mass, my resting metabolic rate went up, and my bone density increased. I look toned, feel stronger, and I'm delighted that it only takes 20 minutes per session, twice a week. I have a full time job, yet I make the time twice a week early morning to get my workouts done. I feel very accomplished and looking forward to getting stronger day by day. Jocelynn is my coach and she is AMAZING! She has an upbeat, cheerful, motivating personality to keep you working hard with a smile. All the other coaches here are also amazing and very knowledgeable, too. It's a very supportive environment overall. It takes consistency to achieve results. Show up, work hard. Your body and mind will thank you. Yes it's expensive, but it's an investment on your health and overall well-being. It's worth it.

the Perfect workout has been a game changer for me- I love that I can pop in and pop out and feel like I accomplished something. I go twice a week and have noticed real changes in my strength. Jocelyn has been a terrific trainer, always encouraging and enthusiastic about the process. I don't dread strength training anymore!
I cannot recommend this gym and my trainer, Jocelynn, enough!! I actually look forward to exercising- something I can honestly say has never happened in my life. After both a co-worker and a neighbor casually mentioned that they had discovered the perfect place for a perfect workout, I just had to try it. On my complimentary first visit, I was greeted, by name, as I entered the clean cheerful space. Jocelynn introduced herself as my trainer and spent the next 20 minutes explaining the program as she guided my workout. By the time I realized that I was finally getting some much needed weight bearing exercise, I was done and I was hooked! In twenty minutes I finished a complete workout that left me pleasantly tired while also giving me energy for the rest of the day. It is a fantastic alternative to wandering around a huge gym filled with complete strangers while trying to figure out what equipment to use and how to use it. Here, I have a personal trainer, a personal plan, and an entire gym to support my wellness… it is perfect!
Love, love, love my trainer Kendall Herd… he’s so supportive, knowledgeable, and really helps me feel so accomplished getting through each workout to the best of my ability! Feeling stronger everyday!
