The ladies at the front desk had excellent customer service and very nice. I originally had my dog appointment scheduled at the Poplar location and ended up in this one, They work me in last minute, very knowledgeable and fast. Seems like no matter what location I go to they are all very nice
They made us feel welcome and did not make a fuss about us coming in last minute. I was without transportation for awhile and my daughter came home from college and was able to get me there 30 minutes prior to close. My kitten had gotten a punture wound and they got him seen and gave him meds for infection and on our way in 30 minutes!
The staff, associates, and Vet were welcoming, accommodating, and professional. We went in to have my dog's rash/allergy/infection (didn't know exactly what it was) looked at. After a visit in the exam room from the veterinarian assistant and then the Veterinarian, we, as a collective, found what was best suitable for my dog at that time. Later that day and for the following days, after applying their remedies and medications, my dog Xavier has been feeling and looking so much better. It was great to see the immediate improvement in his behavior and well-being.
Cutie and Cowboy are always treated so well! They are very attentive and listen to all the questions and worries I have about my fur babies and offer advice and support to best treat them if needed. They are good with scheduling too.
I was having a nightmare trying to figure out why my cat suddenly couldn't hold anything down - the emergency vet looked at her twice and nothing was working. Dr. Brady at The Pet Hospitals took 5min to find the culprit - a string as long as her entire little digestive system wrapped around her tongue! He cleared his schedule and took her into emergency surgery, walking me through every step of the process, good and bad news. I so appreciated his communication and thoroughness, and especially that he and the Pet Hospitals made themselves available for questions anytime. My baby thankfully made it, but even if she hadn't I could be absolutely certain that Dr. Brady did the best he could. Highly recommend!
