The Phoenix is a wonderful shop with a beautifully curated selection of ladies apparel, accessories and personal care items. The staff helped me pick out the perfect gift for my wife that she absolutely loves. A great shopping experience!
Phoenix is wife's favorite place to shop for clothing in Richmond! They offer an ever-changing line of beautiful, unique, fashionable, and reasonably priced garments. And Lilly and the team there are wonderful people who never fail to provide suggestions for the perfct piece. I wish they would one day sale mens clothing.
Great pop-up sale. I am not one who really loves to shop for clothing but I was in Richmond for a couple of days and my daughter-in-law, who lives in Richmond, had seen the sign on the street and alerted me. I have shopped at Phoenix in the past (on Cary Street but also back in the day when there was a location in Charlottesville) so I thought I would stop by. I tried on a million things and purchased several items. Marked down prices were good and there was a lot of variety. The young girl who was manning the shop was very helpful and not too imposing. All in all, a very positive experience!
I shopped today at the “ warehouse” location. I was so impressed and happy with the quantity and quality of the available inventory. The sales assistant was lovely, helpful, welcoming. I purchased several things, great values in addition to being elegant, and I’ve already recommended The Phoenix to friends. Btw, I drove two hours to visit the store and can’t wait to return again. Highly recommend The Phoenix.
Walked in and described what I was searching for...had multiple options to select from and I walked out with the perfect white linen shrug (made in Milan) for our trip to Milan! Can't wait to return to your store next time we are in Richmond. Thanks for the excellent service.
