Pretty new to Pilates and the instructors have been fantastic! I love how they all embrace their own unique styles to create interesting and challenging sessions. I think yoga will always be my first love, but seeing the results from adding Pilates has been a game changer, especially as part of postpartum recovery. Thank you TPS! 🙏
I have been going to The Pilates Space for almost a year now and I have never felt so strong and confident within my self. I was terrified to start after a previous unpleasant experience somewhere else but I was immediately welcomed into the TPS community and going to class is still one of my favourite parts of the day- no matter how much it kicks my butt. I’m not as coordinated as some and I’m definitely not a small girl so I was really nervous about starting, worried if I would be able to keep up. However all the instructors at TPS are all SO good at breaking each move down, advising alternative approaches if needed, and encouraging you to push yourself to new levels & discover new strengths in a positive and powerful way. I have tried things that I NEVER thought I would be able to do and I’m addicted to seeing just how much I’m capable of - mentally and physically. Special shoutout to Amy, who is hilarious & lovely, so incredibly uplifting and kicks your butt in a way that feels so fun in the moment but that you really feel the next day- you really don’t realise just how hard you’ve worked until the next day. A shoutout to Sarah for her fierce and powerful classes- she’s tough but in the best way, and is amazing at reminding you why you’re coming to class, to remember your strength and to alway be checking in with your own body to utilise your own power. And finally, shoutout to Eliza- although her instructor style might be quieter and calmer than some, her kindness and support is always loud. She always seems genuinely happy to see you and makes a real effort to get to know the people in her class and build genuine relationships and community. I love being a part of TPS and will recommend it to everyone!! I can’t wait for another year ahead!
Great Pilates studio with lots of lovely, professional teachers to select from. Effective exercises for developing core strength, balance and flexibility not to mention post Pilates coffee workouts!
Great classes, comfortable space and instructors are caring and knowledgeable. Amy is so kind and supportive, and over 55s with Phoebe is always fun. Challenging but do-able.
I've always wanted to try pilates but held back as it seems too difficult & intimidating for someone who do not exercise much. Walked passed TPS many times and finally buck up the courage and took that 1st step and finally gave pilates a try. I love how TPS conduct their classes (the maximum number of students per class is around 12pax which is nice size ), all their instructors are professional, super friendly, patient and encouraging too. Every class is fun and energising! After 20 classes, I could feel that my body and muscles are much stronger than before (Thanks TPS team). I'm glad to join TPS and now, it's no turning back (I'm always looking forward to my next class)! 😎 Thanks Alexis! 😁
