Joining The PIT Gym has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my fitness and wellbeing. The coaches are professional, motivating, and genuinely care about your progress, pushing you while still being supportive. The training sessions are challenging, well structured, and never boring, and I’ve seen real improvements in my strength and weight loss. The diet plan guidance is also a big plus — it’s realistic, easy to follow, and works well alongside the training. What really sets this gym apart is the community. Everyone supports each other, celebrates progress, and creates a positive environment where you actually want to show up and give your all. Before joining The PIT, I didn't have a great relationship with the gym. Feel lost when I go into a regular gym, not really sure what to do. Because of this, progress was slow, and without progress, there is no motivation to keep going. Since joining the PIT, this has changed. With the coaches' guidance and the unreal vibe and culture that's been set, I've found a passion and a bug for it. Love getting up every morning and getting in. The coaches allow you to do less thinking and just do! The mix of workouts, cardio sessions, and weight sessions keeps it fresh every single day, and the thorough diet means results are guaranteed as long as you lock in and do what the coaches say!!! Just started my 2nd cycle and can’t see myself leaving anytime soon. About to hit 10kg lost, I’m looking better, feeling great and firmly on my way to my goals. 2026 at the PIT is gonna help me in so many ways outside of the gym, it’s gonna be wild. The Pit Gym is honestly so different to any other gym I’ve been to, and that’s exactly why it works. I’ve seen better results in 12 weeks than I ever did going to a normal gym. It’s helped me stay consistent in a way nothing else has before. The coaches Lewis, Ben, Matt, Tom, Joel and Kieran are all super inspiring and genuinely want you to hit your goals. They keep you accountable, push you when you need it, and support you the whole way through. They’re always there during sessions making sure your form is right and explaining things clearly, so you actually know what you’re doing instead of guessing. The planned sessions are a massive help too. You don’t have to think, you just turn up and train, and everything is designed to help you progress faster and get the most out of each session. Everyone is so friendly and motivating further helping you to reach your goals. It’ll become a place you look forward to going to. I honestly couldn’t recommend The Pit enough!
There is no gym like The PIT!!! It is tight knit community of wonderful, driven, uplifting people including both the members and the coaches. At first, I was super nervous joining but felt instantly welcomed and put at ease. The structure of the programmes genuinely get you seeing results SO much quicker than you would get by going to a regular gym with no guidance. The coaches are all absolutely stellar and are the kind of people you can 10000% TRUST with a load of weight hanging above your head 😆 if you are considering it - JOIN!! if you’re not considering it - JOIN!!!!!😂 Its definitely had the most positive impact on my life so I can’t recommend enough 👏 ❤️
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The PIT – A True Life-Changer If I could give this place a thousand stars I would. The PIT has completely transformed me, not just physically, but mentally too. As a woman, finding a gym that truly understands your goals and supports you every step of the way can be tough — but The PIT does exactly that. I’ve been lucky enough to do four Shred programs here, and each time I’ve pushed beyond what I thought I was capable of. With the guidance of Kieran and Lauren, helped me to reach photoshoot shape! Their energy, structure, and genuine care during the Shred created a space where I felt empowered, supported, and focused. One of the most special moments for me over the last four years was winning a PT session with Matt at the Promo Day after my second year. It meant the world, not just because I’d lost around 12kg at the time, but because I felt seen — not just for the number on the scales, but for my consistency, work ethic, and mental transformation too. As someone who didn’t have a huge amount to lose in terms of numbers on the scale, my whole body composition had changed and my mindset had completely levelled up! Being recognised like that was such a confidence boost — I was honestly over the moon. The day-to-day sessions at The Pit are just as incredible. The cardio sessions are fun, fast-paced, and the perfect mix of challenging and energising. The weight sessions have helped me gain strength and confidence, with every coach making sure my form is spot on and I’m always pushing myself safely. They’re knowledgeable, positive, and genuinely invested in your journey. 🫶🏼 Friday weigh-ins with Ben and Matt have been such a grounding part of my week. They have given me honest and empathetic feedback which has helped me stay focused, even when I’ve felt stuck or frustrated. The Hyrox camp with Harvey was also a standout experience — it gave me everything I needed to feel ready for race day, with high energy, check-ins on the group chats, running plans and a supportive group vibe. The community at The PIT is unmatched!— it’s been supportive, encouraging, and genuinely uplifting. It’s not just a gym, it’s a place where you feel seen, pushed, and celebrated.
