They ultimately couldn't repair my laptop but my experience with the team at this shop was really positive. Joe was especially approachable, and I appreciate that there's a clear understanding among their team for the importance of fostering a welcoming environment where customers can ask questions and have the dignity of a professional experience. 5 stars.
You can’t get mobile stores to provide tech support because they are ONLY in the business of selling you a new phone that is how I landed here. I went to a website and got something on my phone that seem like a virus and I could not remove. The tall gentleman with glasses helped me with the issue on my cell. I was very happy with the service and professionalism. I would definitely recommend this place. I plan to bring my iPad to be looked at.
I had a great experience at Repair Square. I went in to have the cracked camera lenses on my iPhone replaced, and both the owner and the employee I interacted with were extremely professional. The owner was especially friendly, and I immediately felt comfortable and that I could trust them with my phone. They were also very diligent with the timing of the repair, which I really appreciated. Everything was done smoothly and efficiently—I highly recommend Repair Square!

They were to able to replace my phone screen with no issue. Great customer service, quick turnaround, and very informative. Price point is great. Love the shop, different to see a repair shop look so cozy and well organized. Very convenient to have in the neighborhood!
