Terrible customer service. Not welcoming or helpful. They make you feel like a burden as soon as you walk in. I feel uncomfortable asking questions because of eye rolls and blunt responses. I won't be using them again and wouldn't recommend them.

Did a good job with a pant leg hemming while their usual tailor was away. I thought $48 was a bit rich for such a basic job. Also, a 7 day turnaround which by day 6.5 still hadn’t been done was a bit frustrating. Will go elsewhere in future.

I recently got a pair of pants hemmed and needed a very quick turnaround. Connie and the team were wonderful - professional, fast, and just really lovely people. Thank you, I'll be sure to be back!

Connie and all the ladies at the Sewing Boutique were absolutely wonderful. They made me feel comfortable and were very helpful when I originally enquired on the phone about having a dress altered. After spending a mint on the dress, I wanted to make sure wherever I took the dress, they would look after it. Googling alteration places was quite daunting, so many came up and when I clicked on the Sewing Boutique website, I liked the layout and the way they explained the business and their years of experience. I drove over 40 minutes to drop off the dress, and when I arrived, Connie spoke with me to understand what I needed and got me to try on the dress so she could make sure what I wanted them to do would work and was suitable. The pricing, communication and the dress was altered in a timely manner to the way I requested. I will gladly drive over an hour round trip to trust the ladies with any other future items of clothing I need attending to.

I am so thankful to Connie, who was able to work with me on short notice to make my vision for my wedding dress come to life! So happy with the results, this simple beautiful silk dress was the perfect thing to wear on a hot summer day.
