The Steam Team came into my life when we had a slab leak in a bathroom in the middle of our home. David was excellent from the very beginning with navigating insurance and the proposal process. We decided to use the Steam Team for additional upgrades in our kitchen and living area and they were professional all along the way. Luis our project manager was very attentive and handled any issues that came up. The contractors he brought into our home were excellent and easy to work with. I highly suggest The Steam Team for any renovation you have in your home. I can't say enough about this team of people.
The Steam Team did an incredible job on my rug. I was ready to toss it after years of dogs and mud/dirt, but they’ve made it look like new! Their pricing was very reasonable. They were timely and excellent with communicating their delivery.
Been using these guys for a while now and they always do a great job with my area rugs. The price is reasonable and they offer pick up and delivery service which is always a great option! Seriously who likes to drive here in Austin anyways. Highly recommend!
Had a fire on the side of my garage that caused damage to the outside and inside. USAA sent the The Steam Team out. Sergio was the project manager, and was fast in his response time to questions I had or additional work I wanted done. Overall I am extremely satisfied with The Steam Team, Segio, and his crew on the project from start to finish.
I couldn’t be happier with the experience we had getting a new roof installed and how well they restored our water damage. The steam team was professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. They walked us through every step, helped us understand our options, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. The roofing crew did exceptional. They were super quick, showed up on time, finished on time, seamlessly worked with our schedule, and did an extremely thorough job! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was sealed properly and looked great. The water damage restoration team handled the interior issues quickly, drying out the affected areas and making sure there were no lingering problems. Their attention to detail gave us total peace of mind. Communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt taken care of. It’s rare to find a company that handles both the outside and inside work so seamlessly. We’re extremely grateful for their hard work and professionalism. Highly recommend them for roofing, water damage restoration, and anything in between!
