This place is heaven sent! I appreciate Coach so much for creating a safe space for me to come learn, grow physically and mentally. Coach is a great man. He’s a great personal trainer ever an even better person. I leave the gym every time feeling my best. Be prepared, it’s not a place for the weak. The Sugar Factory will bring out the best in you!
