Needed a used tire for my 2019 subaru legacy and they had one, hooked me up for an incredibly cheap rate, was in and out in under 30 minutes. Thanks alot guys !!! Definitely recommend!!!!
Got a quote for tires 2 weeks ago. Went in to schedule a time. These guys got me in the next day. Upfront pricing, nothing hidden. Great warranty on the work. Ive definitely been looking for a shop run like this for a while. I will be bringing my vehicle back here for future maintenance.
Once again this great team has come to my rescue and I couldn't ask for better service. I blew a tire on the highway yesterday and I'm in here this morning its 10am and their almost done mounting my newer tires and doing a much needed oil change too. They have taken the time to remove my custom valve stem caps and put them on the new tires and are working hard to stay within my budget since I'm on a fixed income. I recommend this great team to everyone! They don't treat me like I'm dumb or push unnecessary services on me because I'm a woman and I greatly appreciate that. (Helps that I know my vehicle exceptionally well too) Lesson learned i won't stray from here again, thank you guys for being hard working and honest I appreciate you all so much!
I’m writing this review to help others avoid the financial and emotional stress I’ve gone through with Tire Store Name. Over the last two years, I brought my vehicle here five times — in February 2023 August 2023, June 2024, August 2024, and February 2025 — for issues with the water pump and thermostat. Each time, the parts were replaced, yet the same issue returned within months. No one at this shop ever investigated why the system kept failing — they just kept charging me to replace the same components. When the issue happened a fifth time in June 2025, I finally took the vehicle elsewhere. That mechanic immediately diagnosed a blown head gasket and determined, based on the failure history, that it had likely been the root cause since 2023. The repeated misdiagnosis not only wasted my money — it caused over $5,000 in damage to my engine and radiator. This is my only form of transportation, and this ordeal has made it nearly impossible to work, care for my family, or get where I need to go. On top of that, as a woman, I can’t help but feel I was taken advantage of and dismissed every time I came in with concerns. I trusted this business to be thorough and honest, and they failed me on both counts. When I brought all of this to their attention, I was met with defensiveness, zero accountability, and no willingness to help make things right. I’m sharing this review in hopes that it protects someone else — especially other women — from going through what I did. Please be cautious and get a second opinion if you're not being heard.
Visited this store to have balance beads removed and wheels/tires rebalanced while traveling from Seattle. Brand new wheels and they damaged all 4 of them. Called the store when I realized they were damaged after I washed the truck and they told me to email pictures and they would let the manager know to expect an email. Sent the email/pics over two weeks ago now and have been completely ignored by the store so unless you don’t care about damage to your vehicle or wheels I would probably steer clear. They got one star because I was in and out pretty quick. Damage to the wheels displays a lack of caring about the customer though and it shows
