I recently visited the UPS Store on Almaden Expressway and had an unpleasant experience with an associate name Alexandra she’s telling me she’s the owner of the store she’s can do whatever she want . I found the customer service to be unhelpful and dismissive. My questions weren’t clearly answered, and I felt rushed throughout the interaction. I expected more professionalism and courtesy, especially from a business that handles important shipments. I hope management addresses this so future customers have a better experience.
I have been using print services at this specific UPS location for years. Kryslin is truly the best. She is so responsive and really great with communication. She always goes above and beyond to make sure my projects are perfect!!
This facility has always given me great service!!! I am there quite often returning packages. I had particularly EXCELLENT customer service from a gentleman named Miguel!!! He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to provide AMAZING customer service. Thank you Miguel, YOU ARE A ROCK STAR!!!!!!
Great service! Tried several other places around the area to have a passport photo taken for my baby and they not only didn’t lie about the camera not working, they were super nice and provided great customer service; I went to a different UPS nearby in Blossom Hill where they had terrible customer service. Alexandria (especially) and Kathy were great!
I love love love the self-serve kiosk for returning Amazon items. This store is the only one with this nice setup near my home, so even when the line is long, one of the two kiosks is available with no waiting time. The staff here is super friendly with great customer service. I was assisted by Alex. During Christmas time, there was even a Disney Tangle movie playing in a homemade packaging box, so creative and thoughtful for those waiting in line. Kudos to the management for a well-run store with a great customer service. I hope other stores learn from this store. This is usually indicative of either a great training and treating the staff well. It shows… Even though there is a UPS closer to my house, I defaulted to this one now for any of my shipping needs. The store deserves 5 stars.
