Brendan was amazing from start to finish; he helped us create an alcove desk + shelves in a small space. From the start of inquiry, he was prompt in his responses, arrived on time, and kept his work within scope and budget. I really appreciated how diligent he was from setting up his workspace to cleanup—it’s a rare trait and one that is truly appreciated. I also love how seamless the full communication to payment workflow is, as well as his input when I was unsure of what I wanted. I’ll be recommending Brendan to friends and family, as well as going back to him out for future projects. One last note, Brendan has a knack for “just getting it”. He kept his work within by-laws and made minimal noise without me explicitly telling him. I’m so grateful to have met Brendan. Happy to be a reference for future clients who are looking to hire him.
Brendan is a fantastic handyman and runs an excellent business. We have had him do five different jobs for us over the past eight months. He is unfailingly professional, polite, knowledgeable, effective, totally equipped, focused on the job, and quite reasonable as to cost. Everything has been completed on time, cleanly, and very effectively. His work for us has ranged from bolting our older house to the foundation for earthquake proofing, to repairing a failing basement suite's shower tiles, to taping over cracks in an upstairs wall, to rewiring some failing switches, to finishing off two formerly shabby looking storage areas. I cannot recommend Brendan highly enough. (This recommendation comes from someone who formerly worked in residential construction when younger.)
Brendan did a fantastic job. We had a number of different things to do and he did then efficiently, with the end results looking great. He's also very friendly and nice to communicate with! Would highly recommend.
Brendan and Kim (who handled our email correspondence) were absolutely fantastic. We had a tight timeline to get 2 curtain ceiling tracks up and a new microwave/range hood installed and they were not only able to accommodate us but also to do a home visit prior to provide an accurate and reasonable quote. Brendan was extremely punctual for our appointments and very thorough with his work. He had a great attitude the whole time and was very communicative if he needed to take a different approach at any point. We're already thinking about other projects we'd love to hire Brendan again for. Highly recommend!
Would highly recommend! Brendan was very communicative, helpful and takes his craft seriously doing some fantastic work. He helped mount our 65" TV and went beyond by providing some recommendations on how to better secure the wall mount then what was given in the package. And easily swapped some door handles that we needed to change Overall an easy-going and friendly handyman. We would easily come back for his services for all and any future needs. Thanks Brendan
