Fantastic staff. Even though my watch couldn't be fixed (the issue transpired to be more than just a need for a new battery), the wonderful lady who assisted me issued no charge for the work she did. Would strongly recommend to a friend!

I had such a great experience at this jewellery repair shop! Maya was absolutely amazing — super friendly, helpful, and genuinely lovely to deal with. The service was incredibly quick and efficient, which I really appreciated. She also recommended some fantastic jewellery cleaning wipes that work brilliantly.
