Our sump pump was found leaking on a Saturday around 2p. I called immediately and we were able to arrange for an emergency appt. Garrett was a great plumber, courteous/professional and very efficient in his work late that evening. My only complaint would be the lack of ability to know a time or have more frequent communication about the workers arrival time after my initial call. I had to call around 10p and they finally confirmed an appt from 10:45p-12:45a. Service was excellent and price was reasonable. Would have given 5 stars if communication was better about the appt time.
Waterworks/Hetter heating and cooling gave a great estimate that was thousands lower than other estimates. They installed 2 Lennox furnaces and 2 air conditioners. Their team was professional and knowledgeable. The install couldn't of went better! I highly recommend this company! Their installers are top notch. Thanks for a job well done! And a product worth the money!
We had Waterworks come out after we moved into our new house to check out the old water tank and sump pump. They did a great job! I walked Gary around and he gave truthful feedback about the water tank and sump pump. He ultimately fixed our discharge line and came back to replace the water heater. He did an amazing job and communicated what was needed to be done and the urgency.
Our technician David was outstanding. I was contacted by David at the scheduled time and he arrived promptly. David was professional, courteous and very personable. David went right to work and identified the issue with our air conditioner within moments of initial assessment and completed his work within the hour. David provided maintenance care to our unit and offered advice as to how to better maintain the system. Cost for repair was very reasonable. I would highly recommend The Waterworks and Hetter Heating and Cooling.
I am opening an ice cream shop in Johnstown, Ohio. After several quotes, I decided to go with The Waterworks as I was confident they would be able to pull permits and get the work done as planned. They were AMAZING!!! I had Mike leading the team of Griffin and Nick. I was informed of everything they had to do and just as planned, they completed on time. Inspection PASSED with no issues. I highly recommend these guys and thanks to them, I can now open as scheduled. Great job, Waterworks. I will be sure to pass your information along and personally hang on to it for anything I need done in the future.
